Having lived in Richmond since 1984, Wes attended Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting. Wes worked 26 years in various accounting roles in the private industry and successfully passed the C.P.A exam in 2000, although he is not currently licensed. In 2018, Wes began a second career in the personal insurance industry, becoming state licensed in VA with life, health insurance and annuities.
Wes enjoys spending time with his family, wife Jennifer and three children, Bryce, Tyler and Rylee. Wes and Jennifer enjoy going to their daughter's Midlothian High School volleyball games and son's VCU Rugby games. Also, when time allows, Wes enjoys visiting his father in West Virginia and working on the old homestead projects and trout fishing with Dad, once the work is done.
